What we do

Ephemera is a dreamy Canadian speculative fiction series, held the third Wednesday of every month.

Chaired by fantasy author KT Bryski and editor Jen Albert, its mandate is to celebrate speculative literature, strengthen community ties, and support diverse and emerging artists. Each event features three author readings and a performance.

Established in 2019, ephemera makes its in-person home at the Glad Day Bookshop and its online home on YouTube.

We are honored to be funded by the Ontario Arts Council, Toronto Arts Council, and the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
